We only offer replacements for orders that arrive damaged — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Shipping Methods:
Premium (Air) Fedex , ups ' uni uni /Shipping: 6–12 business days
Standard Shipping: delivery times vary by location 10 15days
Standard damage are accepted within 16 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
