We only offer replacements for orders that arrive damaged — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Premium (Air) Fedex , ups ' Shipping: 10–14 business days

Standard Shipping: delivery times vary by location 30 days 

Exchanges: Standard exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
